Serbian Chef Knife

Great chef knife! For all of your culinary and processing needs! Chopping, dicing, and cutting meat, vegetable's and more. The 8 1/4" blade is made out of 5160 high carbon steel, with a 4 1/2" handle made of Brown Ebony wood with two aluminum pins. T he thickness of the blade is 3/16" and the width is 3 1/4". This knife will hold a very good edge and is still easy to sharpen. No sheath but can be custom ordered before shipping.
